Speak to the World

skills → mobility → economic outcomes

Our global education and workforce-readiness initiative is designed to equip women and girls in constrained and underserved contexts with advanced English proficiency and academic readiness skills.

All Donations Welcome

English is a gateway skill unlocking access to education, global labor markets, remote work, entrepreneurship, and cross-border opportunity. This initiative focuses on transferable, future-facing competencies that allow girls and adult women learners to adapt, qualify, and participate despite systemic barriers.

Through structured instruction, academic preparation, and guided pathways, participants are supported to:

  • Build functional and academic English proficiency aligned to international standards

  • Prepare for post-secondary education, credentialing, or global learning pathways

  • Develop skills for remote work, digital collaboration, and income generation

  • Access mentorship, scholarships, and long-term global networks

Speak to the World strengthens economic resilience by expanding opportunity, not tied to a single country, exam, or moment, but built for long-term participation in the global economy.

M. Noori, Program Liaison & Field Coordinator

“This work is personal to me. I believe in the power of education to change lives, and I am proud to help bring opportunities to my sisters in Afghanistan. Every visit, every conversation, every challenge — it all matters.”

Speak to the World Aligns with the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals

Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all because education is a human right, and this project makes that right a reality for Afghan girls.

  • Provides girls with access to internationally recognized English instruction, preparing them for equivalency exams (IELTS, IGCSE, etc.)

  • Delivers academic continuity despite local bans or restrictions on girls’ schooling

  • Equips students for higher education, scholarships, and digital work opportunities

Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls because when you educate a girl, you educate a generation.

  • Prioritizes girls who are otherwise excluded from formal education systems

  • Creates safe, accessible pathways for learning — even in restrictive environments

  • Builds a future pipeline of female leaders, educators, and changemakers

Reduce inequality within and among countries because this project levels the playing field for girls who have been pushed to the margins.

  • Narrows the global opportunity gap by helping Afghan girls compete for scholarships and university seats

  • Offers language access — the gateway to cross-border education, employment, and advocacy

  • Supports equitable representation in international academic and workspaces
