TOMA BAṜRE EDUCATION, Testing Centre #95560, is approved to offer Edexcel Academic Qualifications under policies in accordance with Pearson UK Centre and Qualification terms and conditions for IAS/IAL, IGCSE, GCE/Edexcel A Levels.

  • International Advanced Subsidiary / International Advanced Level

    • These are international versions of A Levels, designed for students outside the UK.

    • IAS (International AS) = first half of the qualification.

    • IAL (International A Level) = full qualification (IAS + second half).

    • Modular structure → You can take exams in stages (flexible for international schools).

    • Graded A*–E like UK A Levels.

    • Often recognized by universities worldwide just like UK A Levels.

  • International General Certificate of Secondary Education

    • Taken usually by 14–16-year-olds, equivalent to UK GCSEs.

    • Prepares students for A Levels or equivalent.

    • Offered in international schools worldwide.

    • Graded 9–1 (or A–G)* depending on the syllabus.

  • General Certificate of Education Advanced Level

    • The traditional UK A Level taken by 16–18-year-olds.

    • Usually split into AS Level (year 1) + A2 Level (year 2) → combined = full A Level.

    • Linear in the UK (all exams at the end), but modular in Edexcel International.

    • Accepted by UK, US, and global universities for entry.

  • At our Pearson Edexcel Testing Centre (#95560), we welcome and support students with exam accommodations.

    If a student is unsure, one has the opportunity to consult with our licensed telehealth physician to review eligibility requirements prior to applying for accommodations. This consultation helps ensure the process is smooth, confidential, and aligned with examination board standards.

    Once approved, accommodations are valid for one (1) full calendar year, offering consistent support across multiple exam sessions.

  • Please be advised that Pearson UK sets all official A-Level, GCSE, and GCE examination dates from:

    January - February

    May - June

    October - November

    Testing Centres, including ours, do not have the ability to choose or change exam dates. All students must sit their exams on the exact dates and times scheduled by Pearson UK to ensure consistency and compliance with international standards.

    We encourage families to plan ahead and review timetables provided during pre-registration.

    Disclosure: Registration deadlines, timetables, and results release dates depend on your chosen exam session, so it’s important to plan accordingly. Your preparation and tutoring plan should align with your Examination Timetable to ensure you are ready at the right time. Additionally, be aware that some subjects may only be available during certain exam seasons.

  • After you register for your exam, you will receive a Statement of Entry (SOE). This important document confirms your exam details.

    On the right side of your SOE, look for the TIMETABLE DATE column. Here, you’ll see a time indicator labeled either AM or PM.

    At our Testing Centre:

    • AM exams start at 9:00 AM

    • PM exams start at 2:00 PM

    Please plan to arrive early and be ready to begin at these times.

  • Since 2013, we have proudly offered a flexible payment structure — because we understand parenthood and admire your commitment to an invaluable education.

    Choose your own timing to fulfill the full payment, as long as the balance is paid at least 14 days before the first day of each Testing Season.

    Every family’s situation is different, and affordability should never stand in the way of opportunity. If you need additional a custom payment plan, please contact us directly. We’re here to work with you — with understanding, no judgement, care, and flexibility.

  • When in doubt, always reference your Statement of Entry (SOE) to triple-check our exam date, time, and location.

    Preparedness

    • Attend all tutoring and review sessions.

    • Practice with past papers under timed conditions.

    • Clarify any last-minute doubts with your tutor.

    • Focus on high-weight topics but review the entire syllabus.

  • Materials

    • Bring required materials: ID, pens, pencils, calculator, ruler, etc.

    • Ensure your calculator is reset to factory setting and batteries are working.

  • The Testing Centre is located inside of Cantey Hanger Plaza Building in Downtown Fort Worth minutes away from the infamous Fort Worth Stockyards.

    Dallas-Fort Worth International (DFW) - 34 Minute Drive (25.1 miles)

    Train

    Fort Worth Amtrak Station - 13 minute Walk (0.8 mile)

    Bus

    Fort Worth Central Station - 13 minutes Walk (0.8 mile)

    Safe travels and remember to arrive at least 45 minutes early to avoid any delays.

  • Metered Parking along the street is always an option and ample availability in Downtown Fort Worth starting at $2.00 per hour.

    Helpful Tip: There are two ways to pay: Bank Card with a flat design void of number embossing or via Mobile App.

    Short-Term Visitor is encouraged for family and friends of students to use as a convenient area for drop-off, pick-up, or for those who plan to briefly come upstairs prior to the start of an examination. This helps ensure smooth traffic flow while allowing loved ones to support students without delay or disruption.

    Helpful Tip: Please be mindful of the 30-minute time limit, as city enforcement may apply.

    First on 7th Garage is a muti-level, outdoor, yet covered parking garage with a two-hour rate of $12.50 to a maximum limit of $25.00 for the entire day.

    Helpful Tip: Vehicle should not exceed the height restriction of 6 foot 10 inches, or 2.08 meters.
