to Build is to invest in the future.

To Build is to invest in the future—and in the world. Through learning, serving, and building, the vision of doing our part as Global Citizens becomes a reality. We don’t just imagine a better world, but actively shape it.

fundraising is not the finish line — showing up is.

After evaluating Building and Sustaining Kids Parks, TOMA BAṜRE EDUCATION’s Financial Assistant Interns will travel to Southeast Costa Rica for a Financial Site Visit.

The purpose is to monitor and assess how donor contributions are advancing Park and Recreation Development through our collaborative fundraising model.

This hands-on oversight ensures transparency, accountability, and measurable impact, giving donors confidence that every gift is making a tangible difference.

The Trust Factor.

Let’s be real—when it comes to fundraising, most people don’t just give to a cause… they give to people they trust. And one of the biggest reasons people hold back from donating is simple: they’re not sure where the money’s actually going.

That’s why collaborative fundraising matters. When multiple people or organizations come together, it creates built-in accountability. More eyes are on the process, so things stay transparent and honest.

Shared responsibility means less room for mistakes—or misuse. And when the fundraising effort is clearly supported by a team, not just one person, it sends a message:

This is real. This is organized. This is trustworthy.
