    Sponsors help develop globally competent professionals while gaining early access to emerging talent trained in real-world, high-responsibility environments.

  • Fellowships and applied internships require sustained mentorship, documentation, and operational support.

    Without sponsorship, many qualified candidates are unable to commit fully to rigorous, year-long global work.

    • Year-long or term-based sponsorship of Fellows or Interns

Eleanor's background spans education, coaching, and creative development. With a strong focus on process and progress, Eleanor helps learners move from where they are to where they want to be—one step at a time.

  • BUILD invites partners to participate in the physical and operational infrastructure that sustains education in diverse contexts.

    Support may include financial contributions, sponsorship of defined project phases, or on-site participation alongside vetted local partners.

  • Infrastructure determines whether education is temporary or enduring.

    Projects such as community play spaces, language proficiency programs, and continuity-of-learning initiatives require capital, skilled participation, and long-term oversight to remain effective.

    • Monetary support tied to specific project phases

    • Sponsors who fund or co-fund infrastructure milestones

    • Skilled partners willing to engage on-site when appropriate

    Projects are structured to align with PlayForward (play spaces), Speak to the World (English language proficiency), and Education Unbroken (education continuity).

  • Building with TBE means participating within clearly defined scopes, safety protocols, and accountability frameworks.

    On-site involvement supports local implementation and all contributions are documented, measured, and stewarded for long-term impact.
