The initiative must demonstrate authentic local leadership and community buy-in, ensuring that programming is responsive to on-the-ground realities and culturally grounded.
1 .Community Buy-in
Clear documentation of operational budgets, instructional costs, materials, and staffing structures must be provided. Funds must be traceable to defined educational outputs.
3. Financial Transparency
The initiative must already be underway or in an advanced stage of planning with local leadership in place.
2. Live, and Active
Local participation, whether through facilities, staffing, oversight, or in-kind support, must be present to ensure joint ownership and long-term sustainability.

Programs must demonstrate structured instructional schedules, student enrollment tracking, attendance documentation, and defined continuity plans in the event of further disruption.

7. Long-Term Stewardship (10-Year)
Implementation partners must commit to periodic reporting and collaborative review to ensure the project evolves responsibly beyond initial activation.

Education Unbroken has advanced to the formalization stage of the partnership within the Division of BUILD.
A local implementation partner has been identified following structured review and due diligence. Formal execution of the agreement is scheduled for ratification at the May 2026 Board meeting. Public announcement of the partner will follow the official signing and governance confirmation.
This milestone reflects our commitment to disciplined oversight, documented agreements, and long-term stewardship under the BUILD framework.
