Examination Support is available to candidates worldwide, but Access arrangements are not automatically granted and must be supported by appropriate clinical and educational evidence in accordance with Pearson Awarding Body regulations. Our role is to guide candidates through a compliant, documented, and professionally supported process to determine eligibility and submit appropriate requests.
Your documentation remains current for up to 2 years, and if eligibility criteria continue to be met, arrangements may extend across multiple examination series.

Documentation is reviewed against the current Pearson Edexcel regulatory criteria.
Submission materials are prepared to ensure compliance with evidential and procedural requirements. -
Formal submission is coordinated with Pearson Edexcel.
Any regulatory queries are addressed within professional scope.
Final approval remains solely at the discretion of the awarding body.
-
A structured clinical evaluation is conducted to assess relevant medical history and potential barriers impacting examination performance.
-
A formal assessment evaluates cognitive, psychological, or medical factors affecting:
Processing speed
Sustained attention
Written output
Performance under timed examination conditions

Meet Clinical & Educational Care Team
Our access arrangement and learning support processes are guided by licensed professionals and experienced program coordinators.
Each case is reviewed with clinical oversight, regulatory awareness, and a commitment to educational integrity. We operate collaboratively to ensure that documentation is appropriate, compliant, and aligned with awarding body standards.
At Toma Barre Education, we support exam candidates through compliant, evidence-led accommodations processes. Clinical and documentation services are delivered by Toma Barre Consultancy Group (TBCG), our shared-services partner, to help candidates prepare the evidence required for access arrangements — whether testing with us or with an approved centre elsewhere.
All access arrangements operate within awarding body regulations and require centre approval. TBCG provides structured clinical and documentation support within those established frameworks.
If you are testing with Toma Barre Education (TBE) we will coordinate your accommodations request as part of your registered exam entry, using the required evidence and internal review process.
If you are testing elsewhere (worldwide candidates) then TBCG provides clinical evaluation and documentation support that you can submit to your registered exam centre. Final approval always sits with your exam centre and awarding organisation.
“Approval of access arrangements is determined solely by the candidate’s registered examination centre and awarding organisation.
Toma Barre Consultancy Group (TBCG) provides clinical evaluation, documentation, and regulatory readiness support to strengthen a candidate’s application within established awarding body frameworks.”
