The Impact-Based Internship operates on a quarterly cycle aligned to active TBE BUILD Global Pipeline operations. Each quarter focuses on a specific functional domain, allowing interns to contribute to real institutional processes aligned to active initiatives.

TBE Build pipeline initiative includes:

  • Advancing community-centered recreational and civic infrastructure

  • Strengthening English language access and academic readiness in complex environments.

  • Sustaining educational continuity in regions affected by instability.

Quarterly Rotation Model

Each quarter is aligned to a defined operational focus within active BUILD initiatives.

Nonprofit Development & Fundraising

Research assistance, donor tracking, sponsorship coordination, and documentation support aligned with Fellowship preparation.

Focus: capital development and financial continuity.

Q1 | January - March


Event Planning & Project Management

Logistics tracking, scheduling, vendor coordination, and project timeline support for the annual on-site engagement.

Focus: operational execution and milestone management.

Q2 | April - June


Human Resources & Cohort Preparation

Support for onboarding documentation, internal packet preparation, compliance tracking, and administrative coordination.

Focus: institutional readiness and governance support.

Q3 | July - September


International Policy & Regional Briefing

Brief development, governance research, and contextual summaries aligned to active BUILD pipeline regions.

Focus: informed engagement and strategic preparation.

Q4 | October - December

Quarterly Pathway

The following framework defines the operational standards and participation expectations for the Internship.

    • 8–12 week quarterly placement

    • 4–8 hours per week (average)

    • Fully remote participation

    Weekly engagement is structured around defined deliverables and internal coordination meetings. Consistency and reliability are expected throughout the placement cycle.

  • The Internship is designed for:

    • High School/Upper Secondary Junior (11) and Senior (12)

    • Upper-level undergraduate students

    Selection reflects alignment to the quarterly focus, demonstrated reliability, and readiness for structured responsibility.

  • The Internship operates remotely and is accessible worldwide.

    Applicants may participate from any country, provided they can meet the program’s time commitment and technology requirements.
