How to Partner with Speak to the World

Qualifications to be Considered for the Global Pipeline

Evidence of local support, whether through volunteer involvement, municipal partnership, land allocation, or grassroots participation, is required. PlayForward does not impose projects but supports communities that are already championing them.

1 .Community Buy-in

Transparent financial documentation is required for all instructional and operational costs. This initiative specifically supports girls and women through structured language education delivered in safe learning environments. Reporting standards must verify that resources are responsibly directed toward female learners in alignment with program safeguards.

3. Financial Transparency

The initiative must already be underway or in an advanced stage of planning with local leadership in place.

2. Live, and Active

TBE contributes as a structured partner, not as the sole funder. Projects must have diversified support or a plan to secure it.

4. Shared Contribution Model

5. Measurable Impact & Reporting

Defined deliverables, timelines, and reporting structures are required to ensure long-term integrity and measurable outcomes.

6. Verified Instructional Standards

Programs must demonstrate curriculum oversight, qualified local educator leadership, safe learning environments, and documented student protection protocols. BUILD contributions require structured accountability to ensure that education delivered is ethical, consistent, and sustainable.

7. Long-Term Stewardship (10-Year)

Partners must commit to providing structured updates and impact reporting for at least 10 years. PlayForward is not designed for short-term visibility. We provide for enduring infrastructure. Ongoing communication ensures that what we help construct continues to serve its intended purpose for future generations.

International Framework Alignment

Speak to the World is structured in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4, SDG 5, and SDG 17. By expanding structured language education for girls and women through trusted local partnerships, the initiative advances equitable access to learning, female educational participation, and cross-sector collaboration.

As global education benchmarks evolve, we remain committed to disciplined oversight, community-led delivery, and long-term educational continuity beyond short-term intervention cycles.

The initiative reflects our commitment to structured, community-led educational access for girls and women through locally implemented language programming. The project operates in collaboration with trusted field partners and adheres to defined instructional oversight and accountability standards. TBE will contribute through disciplined fundraising, Fellowship engagement, and long-term stewardship aligned with our BUILD framework.

We are honored to support local leadership working to expand educational opportunity in environments where access remains limited.
